Responsibilities:

• monitor the progress of construction plans, compliance of volumes, deadlines and quality of construction and installation works, as well as the quality of the materials, products and structures used with the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes and regulations, standards, technical conditions and labor protection standards;
• interact with technical supervision of construction and installation works, participate in the acceptance of works and completed objects;
• carry out technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects, prepares the necessary technical documentation. Participates in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning;
• keep records of completed construction and installation works and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans.

Requirements:

• higher (technical) education and at least 5 years of work experience in the field of construction;
• knowledge of legislation and regulatory legal acts governing the activities of construction organizations;
• knowledge of the procedure for developing and approving construction plans, technology and methods of conducting construction work;
• knowledge of the procedure for developing and preparing design and estimate and other technical documentation, accounting and reporting on the activities of the enterprise in the field of construction

• Experience in WMS accounting programs (1C will be an advantage);

Responsibilities:

• Emptying paper bins and washing them with disinfectant solutions, collecting garbage and taking it to an designated place.
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks and other sanitary equipment.
• Compliance with sanitation and hygiene rules in the areas being cleaned, airing them out, turning the lighting on and off in accordance with the established schedule.
• At the beginning and end of each working day, inspecting the assigned area to check the serviceability of equipment, furniture, locks and other locking devices, window glass, taps, sinks, bathrooms, electrical appliances (switches, sockets, light bulbs, etc.), and heating devices.
