On September 20, 2022, within the framework of the V International Transport and Logistics Business Forum "New Silk Way" on the topic "Transport and Logistics - New Opportunities" (Kazakhstan, Almaty), a Cooperation Agreement was signed between LOGOPER LLC and KTZ Express JSC. The subject of the Agreement is the implementation of a project to organize joint container trains on the China - Kazakhstan - Russia route. KTZ Express JSC and LOGOPER LLC agreed to create a comprehensive logistics service - a service of high-speed container trains running from China through Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation through the Dostyk border crossing to the Terminal Network, part of the Fininvest Holding Company (TLC "Elektrougli", TLC "Uralsky", in the future TLC "Sibirsky") and TLC "Khovrino".
