The investor of the Khovrino TLC project is LKS LLC. The Khovrino TLC spans 45 hectares and includes a container yard with a capacity of 5,000 TEU, railway tracks with a total effective length of 7,258 meters, and all necessary cargo handling equipment. The facility also features an open-type temporary customs storage warehouse (bonded warehouse) and an inspection complex.
